Our ticket based support is an inexpensive quick solution to most answers. Best of all is that you can view your tickets whenever you want. So if you keep forgetting how to reset a password you can just refer back to your old ticket.
Quick Answers via Ticket: $35
Ticket includes maximum of 30 minutes of support time. If the ticket requires more time additional charges will apply. Please indicate when submitting a ticket if you would like a quote before work is done, or to have work done as long as fees do not exceed a certain amount.

Nights & Weekends: $120 Hourly
On-Site Support:
Weekdays: $150 Hourly

Urgent Response
Generally most issued can be resolved remotely and can be handled quite quickly without significant cost. If the need arises for urgent on-site service please call for costs. Remote response in under 4 hours and on-site support within 24 hours. This service is only guaranteed for Support Contract customers only.
